Casefile: DreamStalker Character Concepts

These are character concepts for a 90s style FBI crime thriller story. Agents Vanessa Steeler and Tom Flanagan are sent to the small town of Sheffield to investigate strange murders. All of the victims are linked through strange and prophetic dreams they share about their killer.
